Information sessions for new international staff
HR Department monthly welcome sessions
The HR Department KU Leuven organises monthly information sessions for new international staff. The information session offers a warm welcome to our university. It gives insight in the mission and structure of KU Leuven, helps you see clearly in the need-to-know basics (HR-related and other) for newly arrived international staff and gives the opportunity to network with other new international staff members who recently arrived.
These sessions are not intended for doctoral scholarship holders. If you are a doctoral scholarship holder, please attend the information session organised by the Admissions Office.
Register for one of our upcoming sessions
The sessions will take place on the following Fridays from 9.30 to 12.00 and will be held online, until further notice.

You can register for one of the above dates via KU Loket. Attendance is free of charge.
Your KU Leuven login must be activated before you can register. If your login is not yet available and you cannot postpone the registration, please send an email to HR International Employment.
